5/5 Quick response on communication. The property was nice a little drive from the heart of branson sonit was quite but could get to everything easily. Overall a very nice day and location.

4/5 Overall a solid stay, could benefit from a maintenance overhaul due to stuck sliding door, fire detectors laying around, dirty floors.

A few shortcomings.
3/5 There was no tissue paper in one bedroom, partial rolls in the other two, no back up rolls. No coffee, the timer on coffee maker is inoperable. Coffee & TP delivered mid morning the next day. Only two wash cloths in two of the bedrooms, more brought. Need a full size ironing board vs table top, iron was very light weight, hard to use. Should not have to request basic amenities be brought to the condo.

Additionally, we promptly responded to your requests and delivered additional items to accommodate your needs.
Regarding the ironing board, we acknowledge that it is a tabletop model, as specified in the condo's description. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
Throughout your stay, we remained accessible and responsive to your inquiries, promptly addressing any concerns that arose.

5/5 Everything was great. The service. The owner was extremely nice and accommodated our needs. The space was clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the website. I will definitely be staying here again in a be future!
