CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- If you're bringing a pet, proof that they are up-to-date on shots also needs to be provided
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Please contact LaBeth for the code
- Upon arrival, guests must check-in at the front gate between the hours of 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM and show the Evolve rental confirmation email to gain access to the gated community
- If you are arriving after 8:00 PM, please inform LaBeth and call the gate attendant at (417) 334-5778 to provide your approximate arrival time
- You will need a picture ID verifying who you are upon arriving at the gate
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the laundry room, and begin a load of laundry
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
