Exceptionally clean and quiet
5/5 Every facet exceeded our expectations. The home was spacious, with plenty of countertop space in the kitchen and bathrooms. Every corner was spotless and sparking. The master bedroom was very large, with a huge walk-in closet. The kitchen cupboard was even stocked with coffee and some spices, and there were plenty of saucepans and skillets to prepare our meals.
The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet.
We hope to be able to stay here next time we're in Branson.

great house, dead bugs, no ice...
4/5 House is great.. LOVE the tub... Used every evening... But found dead bugs between tub and vanity in master bath.. plenty of room to sweep in there. obvious overlook there... frig was iced up on inside, melting all over... And was mak8ng no ice in ice maker.. called the contact person to tell her, she said she would get someone there to fix it. And just turn on the ice maker, cleaning people are to turn off. I was to just turn back on.. well there is no switches anywhere.. So went without ice all 4 days we was there. I feel she should have checked back in to be sure all was OK after she knew there was issues... AND, IT is written to park in garage, drive or on road... I had a cargo trailer so I parked on road. Was confronted by the 'neighborhood watch' guy and told I would get a ticket if I didn't get it off road. Maybe that should have been said that no trailers on road... I would have stayed somewhere else... Just needs to be clear on the listing...
Otherwise, Nice, quiet neighborhood. beds was very comfortable. as I said jet tub was GREAT!!! I would stay again... And surely frig will be fixed.. no ice was not good...
Family Vacay
4/5 We stayed several nights at the villa. The location was great for easy access to the strip and attractions. The home was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well considering the outside temperature was in the upper 90s. The manager was excellent to work with and very responsive. The only drawback was the steep incline to the driveway. I had read about it in other reviews that the driveway was steep but didn't realize how steep until we stayed however many of the roads, and other driveways in the area are steep too. Just took a little to get used to.
