  Had a few days to get away-booking in December for a March outing in Missouri is never guaranteed to have cooperative weather, so we chose this house because we figured we could just hang out and chill the entire time we were in Branson if the weather wasnt very good.

  Definitely glad we had the pool heated as our daughter stayed in the pool a minimum of 5hrs a day sometimes more. We played many games of racquetball and pickeball on the court. Was super nice that the court was next to the pool- considering our daughter never wanted to get out. Plenty of space, clean. We had no issues, may try and come back with a larger group next time as there was way more space than just the 4 of us needed. Easy to find and get too also.

• Family and friends staycation

  House was exactly as described. Very clean and very well appointed, especially the kitchen. Adults and Kids really enjoyed the heated pool and basketball court. Deer came up behind the house every evening.

  The driveway to the garage is very steep, and would be difficult to get up and down in inclement weather. We only had 2 vehicles so there was adequate parking in front of the house for us.

  The property is listed as handicap accessible. It however is NOT truly. The entrance to the garage is extremely steep, which puts you on the middle floor, and once inside cannot get up or down. The entrance to the house does not have a ramp, it has a long deck with multiple steps up that you have to lift the wheel chair. There are not grab bars in the shower. There was not a shower chair. There is also a step that you have to step over to get into the shower.

  The property was clean, and nice. There was a lot of mold over the washer and dryer on the ceiling. The wall cut out to get to the jacuzzi tub was not secured, it was tiled and heavy and fell on my ankle and cut it open. All of the balls in the gym were flat and there was not a needle for the air pump.

  Beautiful view, close to the strip. We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Loved the layout of the home. It was comfortable. Our Clients had a great time. I would stay there again, but not with anyone that is in a wheelchair as it is not really handicap accessible.

  - Our house is not handicap accessible. We'll go ahead and ensure the listing is accurate. We apologize for the confusion.
  - We had an access panel to the hot tub come loose. We were not aware of this before your stay, but it has since been repaired.
  - There is a pump for the balls in the gym, and the needle is built into the pump.
  - The apparent mold in the utility room is actually a water stain from a previous guttering leak outside the home. We have plans to repaint the area shortly to address this issue.

  Home is in need of repairs. Access door to bathtub was open and lying on the floor of the master bathroom upon arrival. This door has missing tiles. Cracked and loose tiles around the threshold of master bath. Oven would auto shut off before reaching pre-heat temp. Smoke detector batteries needed replaced. Low battery chirping woke up the house at 04:30. (Contact person was notified and never responded) Wood rot and loose decking boards on decks and walkways were concerning. Visible mold on the laundry room ceiling is unacceptable. Lastly, upon arrival, the pool water level was low. The cost of this stay did not match the accommodations.

  - We were not aware of the loose access door to the bathtub, but it has been repaired. Fortunately, this didn't affect the use of the whirlpool tub during your stay.
  - Regarding the slightly cracked porcelain tiles, we're currently in the process of replacing the flooring to ensure a safe experience for our guests.
  - We understand that the beeping from the smoke detector must have been disruptive, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured we have immediately replaced the batteries.
  - The mildew issue on the ceiling in the laundry room has also been addressed to maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
  - While swimming pools may occasionally experience a drop in water levels, we want to assure you that it didn't hinder the use of the pool during your stay.
  We take the maintenance of our property seriously. Just like any other homes, issues can arise in properties listed on VRBO. It's important for guests to inform us right away when there are any concerns as we make it a priority to address them upon notification.
