4/5 This is a perfect location for privacy lovers. Close enough to town for convenience and tucked in amongst the wooded pastures for complete peace and quiet. Faster internet/wifi would be good but I was able to stream Roku on my laptop with some buffering. The wifi speed is noted in the property description so I was pleased it exceeded expectations. My only regret is that I didn't take any pictures.
