  This place right on Lake Tetonka was the perfect location to catch up with old friends. We could kayak right from the cabin and Lake Sakatah State Park was right next door with a beautiful bike trail. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the lake.

  The dishwasher did not work, nor did the boat lift. The property has 4 cameras that are motion activated. There is no real privacy when you stay at this VRBO. The owner saw that a storm was coming and texted me. He saw that the boat lift did not work and texted me that he would have to fix it. He texted me hours before our arrival and said the dishwasher did not work and when I replied that this was not very professional for a premium listed VRBO, he texted me 30 minutes before our arrival that had the dishwasher replaced. The"new" dishwasher did not work either during our 5 day stay leaving dirty water in the base of the washer and detergent tabs that never disolved. This is supposedly a premium property and we paid a premium price to stay there. We would not recommend this property.

  Hi Julie, we passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: Our goal is to ensure that our guests have a comfortable stay with us and provide elevated standards of hospitality.
  - We're sorry that you arrived at the home and the dishwasher was not available. We promptly notified you about the dishwasher issue before your arrival. To make your stay more convenient, we also ensured the house was stocked with paper products to minimize the need for dishwashing. We made an effort and had three service calls that tried to repair the dishwasher but they were unable to resolve the issue. In understanding the concern, we acknowledged your request and purchased a new dishwasher, but unfortunately, the replacement also didn't work. Since your stay, we had a service call on the new dishwasher to immediately address the concern.
  - In regards to the boat lift, this is not included in the rental package. We extended the offer for you to use the boatlift, especially due to an approaching strong storm. We provided detailed instructions on how to safely lower the lift into the water.
  - We aim for transparency and our listing and photos are accurately advertised. For the safety of our guests and our home, we have all four exterior cameras of the house and garage. All cameras and their location are clearly stated on the listing for guests to view before confirming their booking.
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.

  The property was just as described. Spacious bedrooms and very clean throughout. It provided a wonderful location for family and friends to meet-up.

• Family Summer Retreat

  We enjoyed our family time celebrating summer, birthday and an upcoming retirement! The large yard was perfect for all the littles to run with no bugs or mosquitoes to ruin the fun. The spacious house had all the amenities we needed plus games and some water toys. Unfortunately the algae on the water came in and was a bummer for swimming or dangling feet off the dock. We still watched the geese and boaters and had a bonfire several nights. Rented a pontoon for a day from a nearby marina and did get out on it to enjoy the beautiful lake. We all throughly enjoyed the lake home!
