  The kitchen had the necessary basics. The bedrooms and the bathroom tub were great. The pool, hot tub and sauna area was nice! Great views!

  Owner knew there would be WiFi upgrade during stay but failed to inform me, before arrival. A 10 year upgrade will not happen without problems even I know that, having worked in government. The way the weather was there wasn’t much else to do, so this was a big issue, to drag on for days instead of hours as informed.

  Owner then stated he was already processing a credit for the inconvenience, have yet to see that reflect on my bill.

  So due to this issue checked out 1 day early & did get credit for 1 night only.

  When letting owner know he responded 2 minutes before check out that we could stay till noon, had he mentioned earlier I would have had breakfast & left, but since I was all packed up to go I just left.

  Also set up was with a separate suite which could have been closed off for when only 2 guests registered.

  Main suite bed was rock hard.

  From the owner: "We sincerely apologize for the WIFI issue experienced during your stay. We really did not have prior notification of when our specific building would be affected by it, and were told repeatedly that the disruption would last a few hours, which ended up being 24 hours. This is not something that commonly happens, which is why when you informed us that you were going to check out early because of it, we immediately approved the refund for the night you didn’t spend there and added a $50 credit for the inconvenience. We will double-check with the rental platform you used to confirm they sent the full amount.
