Canceled for no reason!
1/5 I booked this cabin for my family to come and enjoy the weekend on the lake for August 23rd thru 25th Both my husband and I took the time off from work for the weekend that I booked. 48 hours later of booking I received an email stating that reservation has been canceled with no reasoning at all! Was extremely upset since we already took the time off from work. Looking at evolve now I noticed this cabin is actually OPEN for the dates that we requested?!?!?! So why the cancellation then!?!?!
If I book, I am making an agreement with the property that I'm going to make it, same goes with the property. To cancel the reservation for no reason and to keep those dates open!?!?!
Extremely disappointed and honestly just amazed as to how this is allowed.
