3/5 Comfortable stay with kind hosts, but shared setup easy to missWe enjoyed our stay, though we didn’t realize this was a shared home — that detail was in the listing but buried pretty deep. The basement unit has its own entrance, but you can hear footsteps and water from upstairs. The space was comfortable, though the linens were a bit worn and a few dishes and the sink needed a quick clean. The fire pit was a lovely feature, and the hosts were completely non-intrusive. Overall, a good stay once we understood the setup — just something to note if you’re looking for total privacy

5/5 This was a great property. I would stay here again when back in Rochester. Kristi was easy to work with and very helpful. it was a nice neighborhood and easy to get to downtown Rochester or out to the Northeast. Just of Broadway, the main street through Rochester. It was nice and clean. We were able to do our laundry and keep clothes clean. The kitchen was a little old and the cook top was a bit tired. But we just ate breakfast there, so not a problem for us. I would stay here again.
