Great cabin for families!
5/5 This cabin boasts a large basement that is set up to sleep many. It worked out perfectly for us, and all the cousins enjoyed having the basement to themselves. We loved that they had spices, oils, and other necessities that we could use. So helpful when we forgot oil to make beeakfast and then didn’t have to go out to the store. Owners were very communicative, which was great! We’d definitely recommend it!

Exorbitant Cleaning Fee
4/5 Was shocked to find the cleaning fee was more than our 4 night stay! Other than that, we loved everything about our stay including the private dock, the ability to access Ottertail Lake by boat from Walker Lake, the fish filet mat and filet knives provided, laundry, and our dog being able to join us. We would have loved power access from the dock but pulling the boat out each night wasn't bad as the house was less than 1/2 mile from the boat ramp. Also, the boat ramp was pretty crowded so it was nice to be able to put the boat in and park the truck w/trailer at the house. As far as the cleaning fee goes, I would have preferred that cost was rolled into the rental cost because it seemed like we were getting a killer deal until checkout.

Luxurious Slice of Heaven
5/5 My siblings and I stayed here for a little getaway between Christmas and New Years (with my pup!). This gorgeous cabin is fully equipped with everything you’d possibly need for your stay, including the beautiful outdoors! My dog and I loved walking the property and sitting out by the lake across the street. My sibs and I loved making big meals and spending time playing games and being cozy in the living area. We even grabbed firewood from a nearby convenience store and had a lovely evening bonfire. Tons of sleeping areas to choose from, too! Nicole and Aaron are gracious hosts, super responsive, and just a text away for any questions or concerns. Highly recommend for a luxurious, yet super cozy, trip out of the city!
