3/5 The house served our needs for our annual biking weekend. I thought based on the listing that "sofabed" indicated a pull out bed in the living room... But the third bed is actually a futon in the upper bedroom along with that bedroom's bed. So for three couples, it doesn't work for sleeping arrangements! The house is pretty dirty overall. Dead bugs in the cupboards, crumbs and debris on the chairs and in the couch cover. Space heaters are in almost every room, so not sure if the furnace works.
