Fun time for whole family
5/5 The townhome was really nice - easily large enough for our group of 9 with 2 kids under 4. The Causeway on Gull amenities were nice to have for the kids and the proximity to Zorbaz and Bar Harbor (as well as Nisswa) worked will for the adults. We had a couple issues when we arrived but they were resolved quickly by the property management. We'd definitely go back!

Disappointed
2/5 No Bar soap - Kleenex tissue or table lamps.
Broken shelve door in the refrigerator and cut top of my hand and will be seeing a doctor today. Large group of people in the next two units. Where load inside and out.
Rules & Policies - No events and max guests 15. Must
have been 20 to 25 cars park across for all the units.
Very disappointed in my stay.

Great Winter Stay
5/5 We had a great stay over New Years Weekend. This place is huge, we fit 3 familys (12 ppl) very comfortably. Great location - very close to Zorbaz, Ski Mt Gull, the shops in Nisswa & much more. A hop skip from Baxter, as well.
Beds are extremely comfortable and usually 3 King-sized beds in one place is unheard of - no arguing over rooms this time! Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals there. Only 1 handsoap was there, so i would recommend bringing hand soap for each bathroom, extra toliet paper (very commerical grade) & your own towels (towels are quite dingy & some stained). Also, shortage in pool towels, we luckily all brought our own beach towels.
Kids loved the pool & adults loved the hot tub after skiing. All in all, excellent time and would rent again! Local contact name given was very responsive.
Lovely home, Needs A Bit More Cleaning
4/5 The home is a great size for a larger group and centrally located around Nisswa area. We loved the large kitchen and basement area and abundance of rooms.
That said, there were a few areas for improvement. The comforters in some of the rooms were not cleaned ahead of the stay and had stains. Luckily, there is laundry available in the home so we were able to wash them. Additionally, the toilets did not appear to be cleaned and the coffee machine did not work. Hopefully the cleaners are able to pay better attention for future stays as the home is truly a great place.
Overall, I would recommend staying assuming the few minor mishaps above are able to be corrected.
Winter Family Weekend
5/5 Our family has been doing a winter vacation in the Brainerd Lakes area for over 12 years. This rental did not disappoint in any way. We have grandkids ranging in ages from 6 - 14 and our adults kids too. There was enough room for everyone to spend time together or find a quiet spot to themselves! Property manager was quick with responses and check in was super easy! We would definitely stay here again!
