- This single-story cabin requires 1 step for access
- No life jackets are provided. Parents should bring life jackets for their children if they are going to be fishing, swimming and spending time on the dock
- Your safety matters. This property features 1 external security camera. This camera is outward facing and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera is located on the front corner of the home facing the main entrance and driveway. It records video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay 
- Per septic tank guidelines, only a maximum of 4 people are allowed on this property. That includes anyone not staying on the property, that will be visiting and using the restroom facilities
- Filtered water is not provided. Tap water is potable, however, it is recommended and many prefer to bring their own drinking water
- Firewood is not provided. Please only purchase and use local firewood to help prevent spreading tree diseases
- Public boat access is on the 6th crow wing, with channel accessing 5th crow wing

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry on the front door. The code is 0489
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash, Please bring all trash outside to the blue bin 
- Please remove all pet feces from the property using provided bags and put it in the outdoor garbage
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin and property are found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Please keep pets out of the neighboring yards at all times
