5/5 Cute Cabin
4/5 It is a cute cabin with great lake front property in a quiet neighborhood. We were just in town for the weekend for a wedding, so we didn't get to take advantage of the lake, deck or firepit, though we wish we could have. The cabin is overall, cute. It has quirks, like no latches on the interior doors, only hooks to "lock" it into place. The living room furniture and couch pillows have definitely been well used and could use replacing. No exhaust fan or window in the bathroom. There was a strong musty smell in the lower kitchen cupboards. Overall the cabin was clean - a few cobwebs, but it's a cabin, so that's to be expected. Check in was easy.

needs some TLC
1/5 Cabin is VERY pet friendly. Our trip was disrupted with water heater not working. I also had to clean as much rust off before using toilet and sink. Shower is in horrible shape due to rusty water. Soap supply and garage bags in short supply. Place needs a good cleaning along with summer sheets and bedding. We are very disgusted!

We understand how frustrating it can be to lose hot water, and we worked quickly to have the issue repaired within just a few hours. Since then, the system has been functioning without further problems. As is common in this area, the home runs on well water, which can have higher iron content; we’ll continue using iron removal tablets to help with this.
We also recognize that preferences for bedding can vary, so we’ll be updating our welcome note to point out where the extra summer and winter sheets are stored in the dresser so guests can easily switch them if desired."
