We loved this place
5/5 We were the only ones here for 2 nights, it was so peaceful and quiet! Which was kind of creepy but in a good way, you’re so far out, you hear coyotes howling, and creaks in the woods! I call it glamping, because you’re out in the sticks but you have a whole house! the shower was sooo hot all the time it was great, water pressure was great. We brought our own food which fit in the fridge, we had our own cooking utensils but the kitchen was fully stacked! The stove top cooker would great. This was the perfect amount of space for 2 of us while we were here riding the Mesabi. We had a few fires late at night. We loved the fishing off the dock, caught a few crappies. This was an experience we won’t forget the place had its quirks and we hope to stay again one day. If you stay in the summer, bring your bug spray! The mosquitos are terrible! but that is everywhere right now. I had tons of photos and videos that I’m not able to upload so you’ll have to see it in person!
