5/5 The pictures underestimate the beauty of this amazing home! From the meticulously decorated and laid out interior to the beautiful lush landscape (seriously the lushest grass ever!). We usually do a lake house vacation but decided on the beach this year and it was the best decision. We always fish wherever we go and the men had the best luck in years both at the dock and the beach. The cleaning station was very handy as we caught enough fish to have a fish dinner for the group. We caught flounder, snapper, redfish and blue crab. The kitties had fun catching shrimp with a net for bait and sand fleas off the beach. We were lucky to see a deer one night as well which was awesome! The kitchen is stocked nicely and perfectly for our group of 16. The kids enjoyed the pool daily. The beach is literally 3 minutes away with easy access. We took a day trip to St. Augustine and visited a beach 20 minutes up the road that was perfect for our smaller kids since it had small wading pools of ocean water. The shelling was fun and we stocked up on great shells. Restaurants are a plenty and with quick access to pick up or have delivered. The hosts were awesome and responsive to any questions we had. There is just so much good it’s too much to list. The master bedroom is AWESOME with the biggest bathroom and walkthrough shower ever. Beds were comfy. Games downstairs were great for dull moments and the kids loved the Wii which they had never seen. We will most certainly return again soon!

Winter Weekend
4/5 Cozy, modest accomodation. Greeted by host. Welcome bottle in fridge, chocolates on table. Beds comfy. Full kitchen but light on pots and pans.

A lovely vacation!
5/5 Our family spent a long weekend at this apartment located in a quaint town w/private lake (backyard) & larger lake across street. Beautiful area! The apartment is from the early 1900’s. Owner has nicely redone it while keeping its original charm! It's well stocked w/ tv's in each room, nice kitchen appliances, xtra towels, cleaning supplies, paper goods, kayaks, canoe, bikes, & fishing poles. The owner is very friendly & easily accessible. He left us a bottle of wine and an assortment of candy bars as a "Welcome"!

Great Little Place on the Quiet Side of the Lake!
5/5 Troy's place was the great quiet stay we needed before and after the MN State Fair, located on the "quiet side of the lake" (near Lake Minnetonka and still close enough to enjoy it but located on Langdon Lake) with access to kayaks and a dock to watch the sunset. We interacted w Troy a bit in the yard; he has an interesting history and was a great host online and in person. As 3 people, the space worked well for us. Be aware that this is an upstairs apartment and there are other people/apartments/houses on premises but as long as they are kind guests like we had, there is enough yard space to enjoy and go around.
