Lovely little place. The lakefront area is particularly charming. The house is listed as 1800 sq ft, although this seems very generous unless the unfinished basement is included in the tally. Overall a very comfortable stay.

We were a little surprised at the actual size vs the wide angle photos in the description. 1 bed was amazing, 2nd was satisfactory, sofa sleeper was less desirable. Overall it was OK to Good.

A very comfortable, lovely little house with great light and excellent air flow, especially for the low cost. Great experience. The backyard is a highlight. Our daughter loved using the kayaks. We loved having coffee and such on the dock. Troy was very accommodating and generous with his time. The firepit is a nice touch. We stayed two nights.
A few caveats:
I think the square footage is off (1800 sq ft), unless this includes the cellar/basement, which is really only used for storage/laundry.
It doesn't have as much privacy as one might expect. There's a large triplex house very close by one one side that houses several guests and the host's quarters on the opposite side, and they all share the dock, backyard, and parking area.
Also, the adjoining lake area was very green and was malodorous at times (definitely not any fault of the host). It might just have been the time of year we visited (mid August). Not a showstopper, but something to consider.
With all that said, we'd definitely visit again.
