4/5 Our family (2 adults, 2 kids, and a dog) enjoyed our 6 nights at this cabin. We only gave it 4 stars due to similar things mentioned in other reviews. The side door leading to the deck was a challenge to open/close/keep closed, which resulted in our dog letting herself out a few times. The deck, dock, and stairs we could live with but agree they could use some attention. This cabin has a lot of nice touches and we quickly felt at home. The deck is a great spot to watch the sunrise. The public water access is nearby. We were able to easily launch and dock our 17' fishing boat. It's a quiet lake filled with a lot of smaller fish, which was fun for catch and release. We did get a few larger fish, which added to the excitement. Nisswa is only about 15 minutes away and a fun spot for mini golf, a bite to eat, shopping, and ice cream. We'd definitely stay here again.
