You can catch minnows with a net off the private dock, build sand castles, and bird watch for eagles and woodpeckers. Spend long summer days recreating on your private beach area. Sunbathe, swim, and paddleboard on calm days. Walk only a mile down the road to access the lovely public sand beach. Beautiful view
5/5 We had a lot of fun here. We would definitely make a trip back. This is a great place and location for families to stay. The communication with the owner was great too. The kitchen is a little small but we made it work!

Relaxing, cozy and quiet
5/5 This was a great little cabin. The cabin isn't really anything special, nor should it be because the lake it absolutely amazing. There is a reason why 2 bedroom cabins on this lake are selling for $1m. It is a sand bottom lake that is great for swimming in. We have 4 kids and they all hopped in the water right away. There are plenty of fun outdoor games within the cabin, which made it a blast.
We had amazing weather and northern lights and so it was quite the magical experience. I think that if it had rained, it would have been tough to be in the cabin for a long period of time. I am sure we would have found something to occupy our time, but the lake and being outside is the magic of this place.
Also, if you get time, read about the history of the family who owns it. It is fascinating how long this cabin has been in their family! Thanks Sears family!

Charming
5/5 The lake cottage is the perfect combination of vintage and modern ! The beds and linens were wonderful and soft . The updated bathrooms were great. The vintage kitchen was my favorite and had everything we needed. There large windows facing the lake allowed for amazing views!
