2/5 Yes the kitchen was ok. We were supposed to arrive at 3:30pm, which we did. Upon arriving the home owner had a bunch of stuff around the house and on the deck. He was using a generator to power wash the exterior siding. His generator had quit on him and wasn't done with the cleaning. We went to unload our stuff but only thing cleaned inside house was clean sheets on beds, which owner had done because his cleaning person had not shown up yet. Now its 5:30pm and she just showed up. By then me and my friend were cleaning kitchen and living room. People before us were quite messy so was a job. The only things cleaning person did was clean both bathrooms and dry the dirty sheets and towels. So was around 7pm before all was ready to go. The cleaning person had no broom or mop so kitchen and bathroom floors kind of got vacuumed, kind of, but not mopped which needed it. Also deck had not been cleaned up. Lots of owners stuff sitting around on deck and in yard. I know owner was fairly new at this but... the yard needs lots of work and area going down to dock is misrepresented. At top is...ok but then goes to at least a 45 angle which is very difficult to go up. Us girls actually had to drive to landing down the road to board the pontoon boat we had rented because we couldn't get up and down the trail from house. Also deck was missing the hand rails to get onto deck from yard. We did mention to owner, who is new to this. He himself was a friendly guy and answered questions timely.
