Splithand Lake house
5/5 Beautiful property. I'm pretty sure the pictures were updated on the listing after we booked so we didn't know how good the dock was. Had I seen those pics I would have had a rental pontoon delivered to us which is readily available in the area.
The 2nd bathroom is very strange as the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling and it is directly next to the kitchen. Did not feel private at all.
Other than that, it was perfect and just what we needed for a weekend getaway. We would book it again for sure!

Spacious, inviting and well stocked
5/5 The property was well kept and well stocked. The host andwered wuestions immeadiately.
We were there in the January temps were minus 20. The house was warm and cozy the wood stove was well stocked for us to use. My only suggestion is bring your slippers the floors can be a bit chilly.

Great Getaway
5/5 Pros: This was a great getaway. The house was better furnished/arranged than the pictures showed. It had plenty of beds/couches for my large group. Communication with the owner resulted in quick, helpful responses. It had more equipment (kitchen supplies, kayaks, paddle boat) than I expected. Great spot on the lake!
Cons: Some of the kitchen supplies were dirty.
The walls did not block sound very well.
The bathroom right next to the kitchen did not have any ceiling.
Overall, this was a great stay and would highly recommend.
