Looks can be deceiving
2/5 Nice neighborhood nice home on the surface. Makayla the manager was reachable.The place was not swept we found hair and crumbs from the front to the back.Hair and dust on kitchen counter.The place is very nice but when you walk in the door the heavy heavy scent of the plug in is so strong upstairs it’s just overwhelming.You can not sit and relax upstairs because of the strong scent of air freshener.So we spent most of our time downstairs.Same as downstairs overwhelming scent of a dog or many dogs and mold from behind the wall downstairs.It was so strong by the end of second night myself and my Father came down with sickness in our throat, congestion and cough.The dishes in cabinet was dirty with dust and hair.The place and neighborhood was nice.But something is being covered up in that house.All night you hear water in the front of house gushing out.If this is fixed it would be very nice but unfortunately I would give it 1star.The best part is the beds they were very very comfortable.

Our cleaning staff meticulously maintains the property from top to bottom, ensuring spotless conditions. It's important to note that the guest began expressing concerns upon arrival. Although the keyless entry was functioning correctly, they reported having difficulty accessing the property. The guest also contacted us about Wifi issues, but upon investigation, we found that the Wifi was in proper working order. We can confirm that there were no concerns related to odors within the house. Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.
