Holiday visit to community
3/5 Home was ok. Disappointed in how unkept the yard was to start with. The oven did not work and took a while for the owner to get back to me and no one came to fix it. One of the two skylights in the upstairs bedroom leaked when it rained. Noisy bed on main floor. Children had fun in the back porch playroom although very musty smelling until we aired out.

Gaseous getaway
3/5 The minute we walked in the cabin we were hit with an overwhelming smell of natural gas. We checked the stovetop to make sure the gas stove pilots weren’t on, which they were not. The odor seemed to be coming from the furnace area in the laundry room. Needless to say the problem continued the entire weekend. Another issue we had was with the main level bathroom toilet. It was used once and wouldn’t flush properly so we could not use it the entire weekend. We also had problems with the upstairs shower head and the 3rd shower downstairs was not really useable due to having no light so we had one shower to use. We did attempt to get a hold of the property manager with no luck. We did hear back from someone at Evolve who told us to contact the property manager. It was a spacious cabin, but sleeping spaces were not as advertised as the main couch really couldn’t be used to sleep on. And the stairs to go up to the loft area were definitely not safe. All in all a disappointing stay.

5/5 Nice sized cabin for a large group. Plenty of space outside for yard games and bonfires. Fun garage with games.
