• Extremely over priced and under maintained

  First, the owner's communication was great, no issues at all here.

  The management company communication was not great at all.

  The house, for the price was a major disappointment. Not clean, exremely cluittered, old, disorganized, under- Maintained on multiple levels. It's impossible to list all of th e issues,and we are experienced travelers in this realm, but this was by far the worst property we've stayed in. The hot tub was great, the rest was not up to par for a property that costs 500/night after all the fees.

  I loved staying here for numerous reasons and the first one is the location in Duluth, including the views of Lake Superior from the windows that face it! It is high on a hill and central to everything! The Lake is down the hill, Lester Park and Brighton Beach are just a short drive. UMD is a different direction but almost as close and going downtown or to Canal Park is a breeze! If you want to take a short walk, there's a trail just around the corner that meets up with all the trails in Lester Park and even the Superior Hiking Trail. I would absolutely love to live here if I lived in Duluth!

  The house itself is older and has a ton of character. You can feel that it's been well loved and lived in and that makes it feel like you're at home. I instantly relaxed and there's lots of places inside and out to do that. I tried all the beds (like Goldilocks) except they were all super comfortable. I really appreciated the pure cotton sheets and down comforters.

  The hot tub on the deck is awesome! On a clear night you can see so many stars and even the moon on the Lake at the right time of the month. There's really no downside to renting this house that I have found. I will definitely choose this home again!

  The indoor far infrared spa is amazing as well as out door jacuzzi

  Immaculately clean

  Fire pit out back super private and gas fireplace on deck overlooking lake with views of northern lights amazing ! You feel secluded as you look down over the city and Hawk ridge

  < 2 miles from UMD and a hop skip jump to north shore the waterfalls at 7 bridges only < 2 miles away ! So convenient , restful homey and uniquely decorated ! Antique piano plays beautifully and hosts leave gain and Indian drums and guitar and other instruments to enjoy . I loved waking up to coffee on deck in sun looking at Lake Superior !!
