A steal for the price
5/5 This is a clean and comfortable property with a great layout (master bedroom in the basement, others on the 2nd floor so there's a full floor between you and your kids!), nice deck and firepit, neighborhood deer wandering through the yards at all hours, quiet area but really close to downtown, 3 bathrooms, all the amenities (except AC but you don't need it even in summertime). Great value for the area and for what you get.

Comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood
5/5 We really enjoyed this place--it was nice to hang around when we were feeling lazy but also a quick drive to downtown and the lake when we were in the mood to do something. The house is on a quiet cul de sac; the only neighbors we even saw were some deer, who stopped by often with their cute fawn to graze and frolic.
The layout is nice with the master bedroom/bathroom in the basement, two floors down from the kids' bedrooms, and the common areas on the main floor in between. Big backyard with a deck and a firepit, comfy living room, good kitchen, plenty of bathrooms. The conscientious host checked in at the beginning to make sure we had everything we needed. Recommended!
