Great Spot for a Guys Golf Trip
5/5 Our group of about 10 guys stayed at this cabin for our annual golf outing in the Brainerd area. The location was ideal and the cleanliness and layout of the house were exactly what our group needed to socialize. Judie and Casey left great instructions to go in and out of the rental and how to ultimately clean it up when we left. Would definitely rent again if we decide to go back to the Brainerd area again!

5/5 One of the best vacation rentals we have been @.
A few reasons:
Lots of room with 3 outdoor decks with tables & chairs on each. Large fire pit with many chairs & wood available. Excellent dock with sitting areas. Many towels, much toliet paper, garbage bags, soap, shampoo & conditioner in each bathroom. Manager went above & beyond. Leola came over after a few minutes when asked how to work the TV. She was awesome!

Family vacation
5/5 Property was very roomy, lots of outdoor space. Sandy beach, long dock, and shallow water with no weeds at the end of the dock was perfect for our stay. Will definitely rent this property again.

Great potential but needs some improvements
3/5 Our stay at the North Long Lake cabin in Minnesota had both positives and challenges. Here’s a brief review:
Pros:
- Well-stocked with supplies and beautifully decorated, creating a warm atmosphere.
- Large windows and an open floor plan offered stunning lake views.
- Long, shallow lake area with a lengthy dock was ideal for water activities.
- Features like a fire pit, hammock swings, and multi-level decks enhanced our outdoor experience.
Cons:
- Mouse droppings on the kitchen counter; management sent $150 to replace discarded food.
- Kids developed swimmer's itch from the shallow lake, preventing swimming.
- Basement had a musty smell worsened by a broken dehumidifier.
- More droppings found on kids’ mattresses and under a chair cushion.
- Oven struggled to reach desired temperatures, affecting cooking plans.
- High iron content in water turned white towels pink; filtered water dispenser was great, but showers and sinks had a strong iron smell.
Conclusion:
The cabin had attractive features, but the issues we faced significantly impacted our stay. Owners were responsive to some concerns, but overall, the experience was marred by these problems and lack of reimbursement by the management company. The cabin has great potential but needs attention to these issues for a truly enjoyable stay.
