Weekend getaway

A great option
4/5 The cabin was clean and cozy, and the location was great. Close to town yet nestled in a very quiet neighborhood.
We saw quite a few folks fishing, so the lake seems like a good fishing spot, but there was a ton of algae, so probably not great for swimming. We decided to drive to other lakes for our beach days.
There is Wi-Fi, but it wasn't reliable enough to get some of my work projects sent out, so we had to go into town. We did find a coffee shop called Loco Espress that had great Wi-Fi and fun coffee/tea drinks.
Lastly, we brought our two small pups. They had a great time. There were lots of nice places to walk them in the area. We did however get barked and growled at by the three large off-leash neighbor dogs when we went out on the dock, so if you are bringing your pups, be aware.
Overall, we had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Great lake front cabin
5/5 The two of us had a wonderful stay. We had a great time in the canoe and did some fishing in the lake. We also had some wonderful campfires in the evening and enjoyed a the quiet and beauty. The sunset views both inside and outside were spectacular. We loved the big windows open to the outdoors, matter where we were, we were surrounded by nature.
Also, Rebecca, who helps manage the property was amazingly responsive and supportive when questions came up.
