CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: 
- Due to county regulations, please send over the Guest Contact the first and last names of all guests on the reservation as well as the license plate number on all vehicles

- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Access the condo via the door marked 704A
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher and then put the dishes away
- Strip just the sheets from all used beds
- Place all used sheets and towels in a pile
- Please make sure the fireplace is turned off
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- The property requires stairs to access
- The community amenities are only available in the warmer months. Guests need to obtain a pass from the Welcome Center for the pool/hot tub. More information on this is provided in the welcome book
