Peaceful and relaxing stay!
5/5 The property is lovely and just as described in the listing. The check-in/check-out process was simple and the owners were responsive to questions and requests.
The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances necessary to cook meals. There were plenty of sheets and towels too. The basement bedrooms got quite chilly so blankets were needed in that level.
Our family enjoyed the laid-back vibe of this unit. We were far enough away from town to feel a bit secluded, yet close enough to town to grab a pizza, pick up some groceries or do a bit of shopping. The kayaks and canoe were greatly appreciated. We didn't have the best of luck with the paddle boat, but maybe we just didn't know how to operate it properly. The fishing off the dock was superb. The grands were entertained there for hours. Thanks so much for dropping off the extra life jackets. With 6 adults in the house, we definitely needed those larger size jackets. Lastly, we spent lots of time on the back porch visiting, playing games, and enjoying the view. It might have been our favorite spots of the home.
The only suggestions I have are minor ones. We could have used another couple of boxes of tissues and extra paper towels during our stay. Perhaps those items were available, but I just didn't locate them. Travelers should know there is no "beach area" for swimming at this property. That was not essential for our trip, but worth noting if your family likes to swim daily.

5/5 We absolutely loved our stay , When we arrived and as we walked around my adult children were very pleased with this gorgeous home. We felt so blessed for the time together and then to have such a beautiful , clean, welcoming home it added to the enhancement of the weekend!

5/5 Stunning location, beautiful home, peaceful views and a great getaway! Was a great stay for a couples getaway but would have been an easy home to share with multiple families too. Stocked with everything you need. The hosts have set this up so well!
Beautiful location and house
5/5 The location is beautiful! The house is big and its a great amenity to be able to park in the garage. The house is supplied with everything you need for the kitchen and there is a good selection of games. There were only 4 of us but the place could easily handle a family vacation of 10-12.
