  The property was nicer than expected and had extras we were able to enjoy (firewood and beach chairs and toys). Beds were comfortable and the host Keli was exceptionally responsive. We appreciate the opportunity to stay here and feel blessed

  The house was perfect with extras like beach chairs and toys that I didn’t expect. Enjoyed the back deck too. Will consider this place again in the future.

  House was very comfotable, clean. Only minor disappointment was that yard was not fully fenced to enclose the dog.

  Also since yard wasn't fenced orher dogs left their waste in the yard.

• Disappointing

  The place is nice but there are several issues that we encountered on a short 2 night trip.

  1. MY FRIEND GOT A HOT TUB INDUCED RASH 24 hours after. That friend went to the doctor and the doctor said that it is folliculitus and is usually gotten from a hot tub that has not been upkept properly.

  2. Contacted the guest contact several days before the trip asking about the place, including if we needed to bring propane tank for grill. No response until after the first night.

  3. No extra bed sheets anywhere. We had 9 people, which you can’t assume that there will be 2 to a bed, but the place fits 14 people and people had to sleep without sheets. Could have been discussed before trip but never got a response from guest contact.

  4. PROPANE tank. Again never received response about this trip. There was about 5 min of propane left in tank. Finally was able to call host. We wanted to use the spare propane tank but it had a lock and the host said they would need over an hour to figure out the code. Host said we would be compensated if we bought our own but at that point we already had food on the grill. We moved it to the oven but to say I was disappointed was an understatement because we chose this place because it had a grill.

  Owner’s Response: “Hi Jonathan, I'm very sorry for the problems you encountered during your stay. I can share that the hot tub cleaners are professional and experienced in balancing hot tub chemicals. However, I made them aware of your feedback. Thank you for also telling me about the contact discrepancies. I assure you that adjustments have been made to provide better service. The cleaning crew has also been informed and will make sure that extra bedding will be provided in the future. Although, during your stay, extra bedding was made available, for the second night. Maintenance also determined there was enough propane for 30 to 45 minutes of grilling but we will make sure there is extra available in the future. As a friendly reminder, we offer guests three grilling options, a fire pit, a charcoal grill and a George Foreman. As you can see by our many great reviews, we are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!”

  Place was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 2 kids age 4. Perfect location with all amenities needed for our annual Family weekend vacation at the beach. Very nice area. Really nice having the market and bakery a block away. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Hot tub was awesome too.
