5/5 Great location and the condo was easy to access and clean. I would recommend to the owner to add a hook or two in the bathroom but otherwise it was perfect for a girls’ weekend in TC.

5/5 I had a conference at the Park Place Hotel and it was SO CLOSE to walk each morning to the hotel- convenient! It gave my husband a place to hang out while I was in my meetings. Parking kinda stinks - two blocks away in the city parking garage :( No spots were ever available across the street. Third floor stairs- not a problem for us, but couldn’t rec this for my parents. Overall really cool place

Great Location
5/5 We had a very comfortable stay at this condo. It was very clean and nicely furnished. We loved the location which was walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the waterfront. I appreciated all the extras in the kitchen which made cooking out breakfasts easy.
The only downsides: It's a 3rd floor condo with lots of stairs and was a bit of an ordeal getting all of our luggage up. Parking is also a little tricky. We parked in the lot right by the building which was free Saturday night and into Sunday, but that's not the case during the week.
Even with a couple drawbacks, we'd stay here again if we're ever in Traverse City.
