3/5 Lack of hot water and water pressure. Owner was prompt in having a plumber meet him at property on our day 2. Unfortunately, issue was not fully resolved. Would recommend more pot holders in kitchen. Would recommend dishcloths in kitchen. Dishwasher soap dispenser leaks liquid and/or doesn’t release soap when it is ran. Would recommend hand soap at every bathroom sink.A snow shovel and ice melt would have been very helpful, as well as a handrail on front steps, as the weather could have caused a fall die to untreated surfaces. Owner mentioned he would be requesting a refund, of some sort, for the water pressure inconvenience. Home is comfortable and welcoming overall. Space is nice. Yard and deck space are a great addition for warmer weather.
