Beautiful spot!
3/5 The location of the home was perfect! It has beautiful views of the bay and is within walking distance to downtown. It was large enough for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). We enjoyed sitting on the deck and playing pickleball on the courts.
A few downsides:
The floors were very dirty. They visibly appeared clean, but we swept the night we got there and picked up tons of sand/dirt. Our feet were black from walking barefoot on the floor. I honestly do not think it had been properly cleaned in a long time.
There were no AC Units in two of the bedrooms, which both got extremely hot. Some of the windows didn't open so getting a breeze at night was not possible.
The deck had a broken plank and nail heads popping out all over. Our kiddos hurt their feet several times.
The tennis courts were a nice bonus but had weeds growing throughout.
Overall we had a wonderful vacation but the cleanliness of the house was a big turnoff.

However, we understand that we missed the opportunity to do an outstanding job and will continue to work on that."
Suttons Bay stay
5/5 House is perfect for three families - that include three kids and a baby.
All on one floor, fishing and water on site, tennis court to use - great house!
