  • Place needs attention

    The listing shows two parking spots available but when we arrived a car was in the outside space. I reported it immediately but nothing was done. We were told to park on the other side of the fence. This meant we had to lug all our stuff around for our entire stay. My friend noticed that the sheet was put on upside down and when she removed the sheets at the end of the stay she found permanent stains that someone obviously was trying to cover. We did not have wash rags and towels were very thin. No kitchen towels to dry dishes. They gave us the bare minimum and nothing more for amenities. It was a great location and the contact responded but didn’t fix our issues so we won’t be back.

    - We use a professional cleaning crew to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guest stays. Our crew does a walk-through of the home before all guest arrivals and we’re confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in.
    - As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies. While we try to accommodate all our guests' needs, we're sorry the complimentary supplies didn't meet your preferences.
    - We have high standards of hospitality and prioritize every guest experience by doing all we can to accommodate guests. We're sorry that you felt our efforts were insufficient.
    - As you can see by our many great reviews, we are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!
