Cute beachy condo
4/5 The condo has really cute beachy decor and is located near downtown South Haven. The 20 minute walk to the beach was a little longer than expected and most of the beach near the condo is privately owned. We were able to find a spot in the small public strip of beach relatively easy though. We had half a day of no water with no notice, so that was a bummer, but we took advantage of nearby restaurants/shopping and the onsite pool in the time being. Owner offered late checkout for the inconvenience, but we were unfortunately unable to use it.

The water heater stopped working and needed to be replaced, and the condo association worked to address the issue as quickly as possible. We also offered a late checkout for the inconvenience and understand you weren't able to take advantage of it. We appreciate your flexibility and thank you for sharing your experience.

5/5 Close enough to all the fun in SoHa but quiet enough to create a peaceful atmosphere for a break from the real world. Great customer service when I had a small issue. Aesthetically speaking, both cute and tranquil.
