CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The property is accessible via keyless entry located on the front door. The code will be provided 24 hours in advance of your check-in date. 
- To use, touch the keypad on the bottom left where you can see a small house icon. It will light up and then enter the code that was sent to you. The door will unlock
- From the inside, you can lock using the deadbolt lever
- To lock from the outside, close the door, and touch the keypad at the bottom right where you will see a small lock icon. It will light up and the door will lock itself. Please wait for it to finish the process before leaving and make sure the door is secure
- Should there be issues due to internet or electrical outages there is a lockbox on the property with a standard key. If you need the code for this lockbox, please notify the owner at 310.717.5909 or the local contact person at 269.312.3978
- To unlock, hit the bottom button, then enter the code you will be provided, push down the upper toggle, then the box will unlock
- To lock, place the key in the box, hit the small button at the bottom, and enter the code
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take the trash out to the community dumpsters
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile 
- Log out of all streaming accounts 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking

- Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Recreational vehicles, unlicensed vehicles, or immobile vehicles are not to be parked or stored in common areas without written approval (HOA enforced) 
- The community pool does not have a lifeguard on duty. The HOA requires children under the age of 14 to be accompanied by an adult at all times 
- Pool passes and keys must be carried in the pool area at all times 
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This single-story condo requires using an exterior staircase to enter
- The key to the tennis court is located in the chest drawer

PARKING:
- 4 vehicles can be parked in the community parking lot
- A parking pass must be placed inside each parked vehicle
- Additional vehicles can be parked in the overflow parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis
- The overflow lot can be found by the dumpsters on the south side of Lake Shore Dr
