We enjoyed the space that this house offered to our large extended family. It allowed us to relax and enjoy some quality time together. Nice walk to the beach, and great couches/outdoor seating. The kids loved the game room and play set outside. We would definitely choose this house again.

The space in the house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of bedrooms, lots of common space, and we loved the outdoor space also. Our only complaint is that the house itself is in need of some repairs and updating it is a bit run down. The house is in a great location and just a short drive to 2 different beautiful beaches. The house manager responded very quickly to the couple problems we had.
This is located in a beautiful and secluded portion of South Haven. It is convenient to Pilgram Haven Beach. There is sufficient space for extended family gatherings. Sleeps almost 2 dozen. Large yard.
Our family matriarch celebrated her 90th birthday during our week-long stay. While most lived locally. this place was ideal for us.
If you need more space for your larger grouo, you can simultaneouly rent the slightly smaller Hidden Haven adjacent, w pool.
Because our family gathering only lasted several days, we wish we could have had a 3 or 4 day rental. We only had a couple of us in it the last 3 days. Shorter periods are permitted in non-summer, but the grandkids are in school then.
Terrific spot for large golf group....great courses within 30 minutes drive. Lots of space for 12-16 men; bathrooms sufficient, kitchen great, outdoor area great.
*Did not find a double sofa bed in any couch as listing claimed

First off, I want to say that we had a pleasant stay, 21 people for our annual family reunion hangout. The living room was spacious. The dining room and kitchen were a bit tight, especially when meals were being prepared, but there were two large refrigerators for food storage. The area is quiet and spacious, kids played games and water balloon fights in the yard. A good time was had by all.
The downfalls:
The first couple days we were there were very hot, temps in the upper 80's, so keeping the place cool was tough. Every room, except the back game room, had an air conditioner in it. The kitchen was the hardest to keep cool, no surprise with people gathering at the table and meals being made. And with the amount of times the refrigerators were opened for daily tasks, they were hard to keep cold until overnight. Items were cool and nothing spoiled, and we had coolers to keep the drinks in, so we were fine. Also due to the high temps, the circuit breaker for the back bedroom and living room air conditioners popped often, but never overnight, once the temps dropped this was no longer an issue.
Next, many of the bedrooms did not have blinds or shades in them, so the sun did not help for sleeping or keeping some rooms cool. It also made some people nervous of other people looking in at night.
Hopefully some changes will be made so others people won't have the same issues. I'm not writing this to say it was a bad place, because it was not, just needs some things to make it better.
