  It appears the property is being updated. An outdoor grill and some outdoor lighting would have been nice. The inside of the house is nice and it was clean.

  Pictures of the property depict a lovely lake scene. The lake is actually a quarter mile down the road. There is no lake access available. The house had multiple problems including open dryer vents, cable lines hanging off the house, sort it out electrical outlet, soft spots on the deck, broken down old ski-does in the overgrown backyard. The house smelled, there was garbage left from the previous cleaning and a garbage can that had no bin liner. Four towels in the entire house. Minimal amenities. Undrinkable water from the well. We rented a hotel room instead of staying in this place. I'm just sorry we couldn't get our money back.

  -While lake access is available, it requires a key, which should have been provided. We'll ensure this information is made clearer for future guests.
  -The ski-doos are private property and not for guest use. We'll work on improving the backyard more visually appealing.
  -The lawn is mowed weekly, but the area by the channel has cattails, which are protected and cannot be cut.
  -We're sorry about the cleanliness issues. Our cleaning team has been notified to ensure this does not happen again.
  -We understand that well water can be an adjustment. That's why we provide an alternate water source for guests' convenience.
  -We typically provide four towels for short stays, but we encourage guests to contact us if more are needed. We'll make sure additional towels are readily available in the future.
