Unique property
5/5 Like my title says, this was a great stay in a unique property. Beautiful 123 year old house. I really enjoyed the different architectural details. EASY check in, EASY checkout. Nice location near downtown. I have to give an extra shout out to whomever cleans these units. Mine was refreshingly clean. AND fast communication with guest contact. Enjoyed! Will be back

Just Right!
5/5 We had a short weekend stay and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment was cozy with all of the right amenities. Will book again!

5/5 As my “title” says, this was really an enjoyable stay. The unique architectural details on this 123 year old house made it extra special. Lovingly restored. My unit had everything I needed for a comfortable stay- dishes, flatware, bedding, towels, etc. I felt safe b/c of all the cameras and the lighting that automatically clicks on in the stairway, etc. My unit was spotless! And the ready communication was much appreciated. First time staying here, but I am sure I’ll be coming back .

3/5 The day we arrived it was 90 and without air conditioning or a decent fan it was rather uncomfortable. The weather cooled by day 2 so all was fine.It would have been nice to have a box of tissue handy and a bar of soap. The neighbors had trash all over the backyard. The location was within walking distance of the locks which made the stay pleasant once it cooled down.

- We were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay and wish you had reached out. We take our listing accuracy seriously and do not advertise the property has AC. We do provide guests with a fan should they need it during their stay. We wish you had reached out during your stay, we would have been more than happy to help.
- We were surprised to hear your comment about hand soap. Although we do not provide the typical "bar soap," liquid soap is provided and can be found by the sink, but we're sorry if you missed it.
- Although this is something completely outside of our control, we're truly sorry that the neighbor's yard and weather had a negative impact on your stay.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
