Great relaxing time

Great getaway
5/5 We rented the cottage for the week. With family living in the area, we just needed extra space to sleep! We were delighted at the atmosphere, proximity to beach, and quietness of the location. Definitely recommend!

Need septic cleaned
3/5 1. Septic needs pumping..................toilet did not flush!!!

-Regarding the septic system, it had just been serviced prior to your stay, but we will investigate further to ensure there are no issues.
-The mice you mentioned were found outside on the porch, which, though unfortunate, can occasionally happen in Northern Michigan. We will increase our efforts to prevent such occurrences.
-Our cleaning service did not report any ants during their inspection, however, we will double-check to ensure this issue is resolved.
-We understand the importance of a welcome manual and emergency contact information. While these were provided and utilized during your stay, we will review how we can make these resources more accessible and clear.
-We regret the oversight with the refrigerator, hair dryer, soap, and shower dispenser. While these issues were not mentioned, your feedback helps us improve, and we will ensure these amenities are fully stocked and functioning for future guests.
