  I didn’t expect a response so we made due, but the both bunk beds are broke, the metal posts in middle were bent, thankfully we didnt fall but it may be a future problem. I think the furniture was cheap and probably not intended for adults to sleep on the beds. Additionally the bugs are terrible, its not from us we didn’t eat inside in fact appalled I refused to make anything only stored drinks in fridge, inside the kitchen there is ant problem and many other bugs around the house, on floors, walls, I would suggest some treatment and we found ticks outside in grass. The home shows cute in photos, but they appear to be dated. It is great location but it doesnt measure up to the appearance of photos advertised, it would appear the house is not kept up very-well. I wonder about integrity of home structure in basement blocks hold up beams. And the basement was a mess. Almost felt like guests were there before us, the exterior trash bin was full and the floors were not cleanest, coffee pot was dirty.

  The home has a serious ant problem, the grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed all season and there were no clean wash cloths. Found towels stuffed in a linen closet and the three wash cloths in the closet were stained. Outside of home dilapidated and surrounding buildings and property. Terrible traffic noise. Would not recommend.

This is not the standard we hold for our property, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and discomfort this caused.
  We have already contacted a professional exterminator to address the ant problem immediately. We are also reviewing our cleaning and stocking procedures to ensure that all linens are clean and properly placed for our guests.
  Additionally, we have scheduled a landscaping service to address the lawn. We understand that the exterior appearance is part of the overall experience, and we will be taking steps to improve the grounds.
  We also hear your concerns about the traffic noise. While we cannot control the surrounding area, we do provide earplugs in the home and will look into additional ways to help mitigate the noise."

  We booked this for a family. The outside of the house could definitely use some clean up. Unfortunately, the coffee pot did not work. Also, there was a bed in one of the rooms that was broken. The family staying there were kind enough to fix it. The air conditioning worked well.
