We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. There was a mix-up with the calendar, and our cleaning crew was not aware of your booking. However, as soon as we became aware of this issue, we promptly sent our cleaning crew to remedy the situation.
To prevent such occurrences in the future, we'll be changing the process of scheduling cleanings and monitoring the calendar with our cleaning company.
