Lake Superior Getaway
5/5 Really enjoyed our stay in this quaint older home. Only a couple of minute walk to the beach and close to everything in the cute village of Ontonagon. House had all of the amenities we needed and was pet friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Owner is Very Attentive
3/5 There were a few issues with cleanliness, but the owner was great to work with. Having said that the house is old and the floor upstairs is very slanted. Definitely not what we were expecting for the cost to rent.

-The home was built in 1900, so there is some natural slope in the upper level due to its age. While the home retains its historic charm, we understand that this might not align with all guests' expectations.
-Regarding the cleanliness, the previous guests left the home in poor condition, and while the cleaning team did their best, they unfortunately missed the top shelf of the refrigerator. The homeowner has addressed this with their cleaning team to ensure future guests experience a spotless home.

5/5 Charming clean and cozy. This place is a sweet home we have stayed at more than once and will continue ! Love the location that is close to walking to town or to the beach. If you want a small town feel than this is the place for you.

Exceptional stay!
5/5 Super cute and clean, and very well maintained. The house was stocked w everything we could need and more, w tons of little extras! The beach was so close, and town was very cozy and quaint. We enjoyed a meal at a local restaurant, and it reminded me of the old days, lots of food for a small price. Very friendly neighbors, and I cannot stress the beauty of lake superior, or the magnificent sunsets we enjoyed! Thank you so much, and we will be back again next year!
