Great Quiet Property
4/5 We thought that the property was perfect for our stay. Having grown up in Niles, I never frequented this neighborhood. We were really surprised at how quiet and pleasant this neighborhood is!
Only drawback might be the bathroom. Additional bathroom would have been nice but not a big deal with just three of us.
I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area. We are going to keep this in mind for a possible ND game later in the fall.
Property manager never failed to answer texts sent to them. All in all a great property!!

Terrible place
1/5 The property was dirty, some sheets not clean, floors not clean, trash wasn't taken out. Neighborhood was not good. I did not feel safe going to my car at night

Owner's response: "The Property was Cleaned thoroughly & verified that it was cleaned by three different people. I Always have the house cleaners do a before and after video to make sure that the house is Clean. The neighborhood is very safe considering everyone that lives in the area are 65 & older & has been in the nearby homes for over 30 years. "
