3/5 Property was clean and spacious. Microwave and sunroom cushions need replacing. Unfortunately without AC we were unable to cool the house down. A ceiling fan downstair and box fans upstairs were not enough. We left a day early.

The right vacation home is everything, and we’re disappointed if this wasn’t the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to clarify the following:
– The home is accurately listed as not having A/C. We understand your stay fell during one of the hottest stretches of the summer, during a 90-degree heat wave that lasted two weeks. The lake was warm as well, reaching nearly 75 degrees. To help keep the home cool, we provide detailed instructions in the welcome book on using the industrial attic exhaust fan to remove hot air and draw in cooler night air. Each room also has fans to improve airflow and help lower the indoor temperature.
– The sunroom seating is a down-filled pillow back design, and we’ll look into it and the microwave to make sure they remain in good condition.
We hope you’ll come back to visit during a cooler time of year, as the house was left very clean, and we truly appreciate you being a great guest. We'd love to welcome you back anytime.5/5 Gorgeous lake views property! Had a wonderful time with the family

5/5 We had a great time with our children and grandchildren of all ages. The home was very clean and well appointed. Mic was very responsive to any of our questions. The lake was beautiful and clean. We hope we can go back in the future.
