  The cabin was nice having three bedrooms, and a nice view of the lake. Having your own private boat ramp made it easy for getting my sled on the lake. Gogebic grocery just up the hill made it easy for getting bait for ice fishing.

  Very nice accommodations. Just what we were looking for. Weather was terrible, but you have no control over that. I would definitely stay there again.

  The unit was on Lake Gogebic and had all the basics for our 3-night stay. We were hesitant to book due to no wi-fi and "limited" cell service, but were persuaded by promise of DVD player and Dish satellite. The DVD player would not connect to the TV and the Dish, while having many options, did not have any of the major networks. We couldn't contact the Guest Contact about these issues because there was no cell phone service. We eventually figured out we could get phone service at the state park several miles down the road. The Guest Contact was unable to help us. Afterward, the managing company (Evolve) agreed to refund 4% of our rental cost. The furniture was worn out and uncomfortable.The heating was through baseboard units in each room, which made it a little difficult to maintain the desired temp. Parts of the unit were very clean and other parts looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Lots of stains in bathtub. Loved the view.

A partial refund has been issued as part of our commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience.
  -Subsequent to your stay, a thorough inspection of the cabin was conducted, revealing a faulty HDMI cable in the DVD player, which has been promptly replaced. The cabin is diligently maintained, and no similar issues have been reported previously. Guests typically communicate using cell phones as there is no landline available within the cabin. Additionally, the TV is equipped with DirecTV, offering major networks while not including premium channels.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.
