Only small issues
4/5 I enjoyed much about the property and was very excited for a good kitchen and comfortable layout. My only real complaints are the sink felt small to do dishes in. As well as the cabin is beautifuly decorated but it leaves little counterspace for day to day living.

Great relaxing stay
5/5 We spent New Year’s in the cabin. It was a great place to relax and decompress from our busy lives. The scenery was fantastic. The cabin was spacious and comfy.

Cozy Cabin
5/5 It seemed as though owners thought of everything we could need! It has a well-stocked kitchen and many things are provided by owners. It is located in a beautiful area close to Hiawatha Nat’l Forest for quiet hikes and is not far from many great spots to visit. Restaurant options are not great but the grocery store in Manistique was a pleasant surprise so we cooked at the cabin. All-in-all, we’d rent again.

Perfect Family Vacation
5/5 Our family had a wonderful time! The cabin had all the personal touches one could hope for. My husband and youngest went out fishing and were able to hunt birds right down the road. Great location to stay to hit all the big attractions, especially the closest Kitch-iti-kipi, which was absolutely stunning. I hope to make this a yearly trip for our family!

We do have plans to build a garage this fall but no construction going on during the summer while our guests are here, we did have a new front porch across the entire front of the cabin done this spring & the cedar railings were finished late while waiting for special order, we hope you enjoyed it!"
