5/5 If you're looking for a fun way to spend a weekend or a vacation in pleasant solitude, this is the place! The cabin is woodsy & very cute and welcoming. Plenty of space for a family and pets, and very cozy.
There are lots of beautiful wooded trails on the property, including a small pond, in which I've seen frogs and the occasional duck. There is also a lovely boardwalk in the making on the far end of one of the trails. Overall, I had a blast with my friends and family out there. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a woodsy vacation for a great price, and I will definitely be visiting again sometime soon!!!
Amazing property!
5/5 This was a amazing stay at a quiet and lovely cabin close to town. There was plenty of parking and so many extras. We walked the extensive trail system and enjoyed the star filled sky at night. The new large boardwalk was a work of art and made access past the wetlands a breeze. There's also another rustic boardwalk down to Manistee Lake. It is all so private and way more than we expected. We were so happy to stay and cook in a full kitchen, we lacked nothing. Thanks for the best stay, it's really a rare gem!
