  Very clean home, well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of bedrooms/beds and bathrooms for larger groups. Property manager very responsive and quick to address concerns. Personal gift bag with card at arrival was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.

• No AC and Way Out of Date

  I may have missed it when we booked, but we discovered too late that the house has no air conditioning. These days, with warmer temperatures, that simply is unacceptable. There were some fans (one of the two ceiling fans didn't work), but most of the windows have no screens and it was so hot at night that it was hard to sleep. The location was pretty good and close to town, but unless you're into 1930's style interior designs, you'll find the house shockingly out of date.

  - The listing does mention that the property does not have air conditioning, but we apologize if this still came as a surprise. In addition to several ceiling fans throughout the home, each bedroom is equipped with a powerful box fan or fan on a stand, and the house features a whole-house attic fan, with operating instructions included in the welcome book. Adjustable window screens are also available for all windows to allow fresh air in. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything feels off, as we’re always happy to assist and ensure the visit is as comfortable as possible.

  So thankful to stay in a home that has all we need to make beautiful family memories.

  The owners were great to work with and kept in touch to make sure all things were taken care of if needed.

• Nice place in nice town.

  Nice old place. Kind of outdated but kind of charming. Can walk to downtown which is active and nice. Beach is pretty close and pier walk is cool. We had 8 people in our party. More than 10 would feel pretty crowded in living spaces and bathrooms. Overall we enjoyed our three days there.
