  My daughter, sisters, and I took our mom for a weekend girls/birthday trip. My grandma recently passed away and it’s been hard for my mom, especially around their birthdays (they’re two days apart). We had a great time. Absolutely loved the coziness of your home. Thank you for a great experience!

  The bathrooms were the only thing that seemed clean. The toilet paper holders were broke in both bathrooms. The provided code for the alarm was incorrect. The keypad for the door was not working. So we could manually lock the door when we were inside the property but when we left, we had no way to lock the door. We ended up sweeping the floor in the kitchen/living space. We also ended up cleaning the counters in the kitchen as well as the dining table. The stove was nasty. We had to purchase cleaning wipes because there were none in the house. Unfortunately the maintenance man was unable to look at the lock until Saturday night so the house remained unlocked until we got back to the house that evening. He still was unable to get the door to lock so we left it unlocked when we left. I'm not sure the rugs have ever been vacuumed. The beds also didn't have top sheets only fitted sheets. Can't say we would ever stay here again.

  - We experienced a malfunction with the SimpliSafe system during your stay, which caused issues with both the alarm code and the door lock. The code provided was correct, but only SimpliSafe could resolve the issue, and our handyman wasn’t equipped to handle it.
  - We’ve scheduled a personal site visit for April 12, 2025, so we can inspect the home ourselves and review everything directly with our cleaning company.
  We’ll be giving extra attention to ensuring the kitchen, appliances, and rugs are thoroughly cleaned, and we’ll make sure all beds are properly made with top sheets moving forward.

  Precious little house, but lacked in the cleanliness. Also communication was horrible! They sent my check in information to the wrong email address, NEVER responded to my 7 emails to try to connect with them, had to actually book a hotel room our first night of trip and got ZERO communication from anyone!
