  The property needs a full clean from top to bottom - cobwebs throughout inside, showers need good scrubbing, sheets had not been changed on one upstairs bed, fireplace had not been cleaned out from previous guests, kitchen door hard to lock.

Please know that maintaining a clean and comfortable home for our guests is a top priority. During each turnover, the house is thoroughly cleaned, and all sheets are stripped and replaced. We weren’t made aware of any concerns during your stay other than the sticky doorknob and some remaining ash in the fireplace, both of which were promptly addressed. That said, we will always strive to do better and thank you for being our guest."

  Need lighting in stairway. Some lighting was confusing. Doors stick in bedroom 1&6 bathrooms…one guest got stuck and couldn’t open door. Overall, enjoyed our stay and the house was nice. The location of property was fabulous…that view!

• Wonderful House for a Large Group!!!

  We loved the Spacious Lake Leelanau Home on Lake Michigan!!! There were eight of us in our group that gets together every two years, and this was probably our favorite house we have stayed at so far. The outdoor seating (and views) was a favorite with lots of seating options, the kitchen was well stocked, the fire pit made for a perfect evening after sunset, and the spacious great room was used every morning by those of us getting up early. The rooms were great, as was the rest of the house!

  I would add that there are really 5 bedrooms with walls and a door. The upstairs "master bedroom" is really a loft area with access through a door on one side and an open circular staircase on the other side. Additionally, the mattresses were either extremely soft and one was extremely firm.

  5 STARS from all of us for the Spacious Lake Leelanau Home on Lake Michigan!!

  Lovely property with plenty of great sleeping options for little people and adults alike. Lovely long outdoor eating table when weather cooperates. Would have loved a few smaller chairs for children and a straight backed arm chair for my husband with a bad back but everything else was picture perfect. Lots of great space for families. Tons of puzzles and board games for young and old alike. Great place for s’mores and the beach was a highlight too.
